Steve has been a trainer, consultant and coach in communication and innovation for 16 years. After a long military training in the intelligence service, he specialized in interpersonal communication, customer relations, crisis management and support for senior executives. As Change Manager, Steve managed few sites of more than 200 people and accompanied the entire management chain to digital change. Holder of a Master Cost from the Royal Military School, he is a specialist in NLP, Systemic Business and Conversational Hypnosis.
He had the opportunity to train in various companies such as: Swift, Elior, BNP Paribas Fortis, Axa, Police School, Mifratel … Both on the management as on the customer relationship and UX design.
In addition, his theatrical path explains his penchant for role plays and simulations in training.
