HOW CAN I ACCESS PARKING?
There is no dedicated parking for the festival, we strongly advise you to use public transport. There are, however, paid car parks nearby but in limited numbers.
IS THE FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
All areas are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The doors will be open from June 5th to 7th at 8am.Several ticket queues will be available in front of Stereolux for festival-goers:Fast track will be available for those who have printed their ticket in advance.
- Slow for those who need to print their ticket on the spot.
- Other queues will be reserved for speakers, exhibitors and partners and therefore not accessible to festival-goers.
Wristbands will be given to you at the reception desks when you have presented your paper or electronic ticket (tablet or smartphone).Security guards will check wristbands to allow access to different locations. A search of bags may be requested.
HOW DO I BUY MY TICKET? CAN I BUY IT AT THE VENUE?
You can only buy your 1 or 3 day ticket via the ticket office on the website https://lacantine.alwaysdata.net/web2day2019/billetterie/. There are no on-site ticket sales, but you can buy your ticket on line until the last day of the festival.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T PRINTED MY TICKET?
Although it is possible to print it on the spot, we strongly advise that you print it in advance to avoid standing in a long queue.
CAN I ENTER AND EXIT THE FESTIVAL AT ANY TIME?
Your identification bracelet and badge allow you to enter and exit the different festival venues as you wish.
CAN I LEND A VISITOR MY BADGE TO ALLOW THEM TO ENTER?
Badges are nominative and non-transferable, so it is impossible to lend or give a badge to a third party. Only the identification bracelet is valid and opens access to the festival venues.
IS THERE A SPECIAL RATE FOR STUDENTS?
There is a rate for students and people in continuing education. Places are limited, you will have to fill out a form and attach your proof.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EAT LUNCH AT THE VENUE?
A restaurant area will be available on the esplanade next to the halls but lunch is not included in your ticket. Several caterers will be on site to offer a variety of menus. The promenades of the Loire are also a nice place to have a picnic.
HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE EVENING EVENTS?
The evening events are available to all ticket holders with a bracelet. If you are not a ticket holder, you can participate in the afterworks by buying a €10 ticket directly at the venue.
IS THERE WIFI ACCESS AT THE VENUE?
Yes, WiFi is offered by one of our partners.
CAN I LEAVE MY BELONGINGS IN A CLOAKROOM?
A free cloakroom is available to participants within the available space. The organisers decline all responsibility for loss or theft.
IS THERE A QUIET PLACE TO WORK?
Festival goers have access to a co-working space within the festival.
DURING CONFERENCES, AM I GUARANTEED A SEAT?
Seats are not allocated, we advise you to be present a few minutes before the launch of each conference.
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS AT CONFERENCES?
During the last minutes of each conference, it is possible to question the speakers. We challenge you to take the microphone.
ARE DIGITAL AND FILM CAMERAS ALLOWED AT THE VENUE?
Digital and film cameras are allowed both at the venue and in the conferences. Be careful not to disturb the speakers during their conference.
CAN I WITHDRAW MONEY AT THE VENUE?
No, there are no distributors on the site.
