This event is a round table about Lean Agile Procurement (i.e. how to make an agile IFB). Lean Agile Procurement is a new way to manage the IFB process that’s based entirely on Agile principles. Here, bidders don’t need to provide extensive documentation — in fact, they needn’t prepare anything at all.
