Koen W. De Bock (PhD) is Professor of Marketing Analytics and Digital Marketing at Audencia Business School in Nantes. He also teaches in the MBA programs at the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB) in Cape Town, and TIAS School for Business and Society in Utrecht. His courses focus on digital marketing, web analytics, search engine marketing and SEO as well as marketing analytics. Passionate about machine learning and predictive modeling, he has collaborated with several companies such as Leroy Merlin, La Redoute and Crédit Agricoe, and his research has been published in several international journals.
