Startup Nation or Tech for all? Feedback from French Proptech

The cost of housing and accommodation has increased 40 percent in the past ten years and is now the largest single expense people face. The financial rewards and income generated by the property sector are now attracting the GAFA companies, their Chinese equivalents, etc. In a context in which we sometimes forget that having a home to reside in is the basis of living and existing together, and in which the property and construction sector is now the number one economic sector, a community of startups has decided to make a game-changing difference by getting itself organised and joining forces with players in the sector to build a town centred on people and the way they actually live and behave.
