William OECHSNER DE CONINCK

William talks and writes about digital humanities using speculative design to explore both ethics and cultural issues in societies. He hosts a radio show that uses speculative and sound design, teaches internet’s subcutlures and makes research about federated and mesh networks. He’s more in an artistic thinking than in a technical one but he’s not lost in a R&D lab.
