Céline PARSOUD

Céline Parsoud is a young entrepreneur and a media specialist who became expert on digital and gender equality issues. In 2018, she founded the start-up Gender Busters, which works with companies to achieve gender diversity in the workplace.
Member of Women’Up since 2014 and President since 2016, she is invested in shattering stereotypes on the younger generations and gender equality issues.
She is the ambassador of a new kind of feminism, both in the workplace and in civil society, on which occasion she is a speaker at many events (TedX, UC Berkeley Women In Leadership, TedXWomen, Essec Business School, Jump Forum…)
